With the introduction of Kinside messaging (October 2023), you can now send messages directly to providers through the Kinside platform.
Log into your Kinside account and click on the provider of interest.
This will take you to the provider profile page. Scroll down and you'll see a menu on the right hand side. Click "Send provider a message" to access messaging.
Enter your message in the message box and click the green airplane button (or hit enter) to send your message. That's it!
As messaging is new, some providers don't have messaging set up just yet. Don't worry, our team is on it! They'll reach out on your behalf to make sure the provider sees the message.
