Paid Leads

Let's answer all of your questions about Kinside's leads product, designed to help your program get and stay at maximum capacity.

  • What qualifies a family as a lead?
A qualified family is actively searching for care in your zip code, has children in the age range of your posted open spots, and matches the type of care you offer. Family preferences, such as avoiding faith-based programs and monthly child care budget, are also considered.

  • How much does Kinside’s leads product cost?
Kinside charges $50 per qualified lead. You will only be billed for families who meet the qualification criteria and match your program’s offerings.

  • How often will I be billed for leads?
Billing occurs weekly for any new qualified families you are matched with during that period.

  • Do I have to commit to a long-term contract for Kinside leads?
No, Kinside does not require long-term agreements. You can cancel the leads product anytime or pause it when your program is at capacity.

  • What happens if I don’t fill a spot after receiving a lead?
Kinside ensures that all leads meet the qualification criteria, but placement outcomes depend on the interactions between you and the family.

  • Can I customize the types of families I receive leads for?
Yes, you can choose to focus on a specific age-range.  If you have additional requirements for a seat, for instance that a child be potty-trained, you can let us know that as well.
