How to invite families to Autopay collection.

You can quickly and easily invite families to Autopay so that their tuition is collected on a set schedule using Kinside!

How to invite families to Autopay. 

You can invite all of your enrolled families to join Autopay, this convenient tool will allow you to easily collect tuition using Kinside. 

1. Log in to your Kinside account

2. Click on the Enrollments Menu item. 
   

3. If you have more than one location, choose a center/program. 

4. Click "+ New Enrollment"
   

5. Click "+ add new family"

   

6. Enter the information for the family and child. 
   

7. Enter the enrollment information about this child so that we know when they started with your program. 
   

8. Click "Invite Family to set up Autopay" and follow the steps to choose your preferred payment date and payment frequency. 
   
   
   

That's it!  You're all set.
