Using the new Kinside Enrollments page will allow you to offer enrollment to families and collect payment of deposit fees.
The new Kinside Enrollments page allows you to easily and quickly process enrollments, this also allows you to invite families to autopay, request reviews, and more!
- Click on the Enrollments Page.
- Click "+ New enrollment"
- You can either select a family from the list of families in your Kinside account or create a new family. If you are selecting a family skip the next step.
- Enter the family details if you are logging a new family into your Enrollments.
- Enter the start date & tuition. You can optionally invite the family to use Kinside Autopay.
- Decide which enrollment actions this family needs to take.
- If the family needs to schedule a tour as a final requirement you can share your tour schedule by using this checkbox.
- If the family needs to complete paperwork as part of the enrollment you can select this checkbox and upload documents.
- If the family needs to submit payment select this checkbox and the family will be asked to pay the enrollment fee.
- If the family doesn't need to take any actions you can select this checkbox and the enrollment will be logged - you'll have the option to request a review on the next page.
Thats it! You've logged an enrollment and requested any of the actions selected in the final step. The family will receive an email with the next steps for them to process the enrollment.
