How to apply an ongoing discount.

If you'd like to apply an ongoing discount you can do this using your billing plans.

If you offer a discount and would like to apply this to an individual families payments you can do so using the Billing Plans.  You find this by first going to the Payments Page and then clicking "Billing" 

1. Once you've opened your billing page you'll see a list of all upcoming payments. 

2. Choose the child that you'd like to edit and click "Edit Billing Plan". You'll have the option to edit the next/upcoming payment (this will apply only to the next payment) or the Billing Plan (this will apply to future payments). 

3. Click "Edit Recurring Charge" to make changes 

4.Scroll down the page to the "Recurring Discounts" section and click "+Add discount" this will allow you to apply an ongoing discount to the child's tuition. 

That's it!  You're all set.
