You can now block full days as well as specific times of day on your tour calendar.
Your tour availability is what families will see on your Enrollment Page when they are scheduling a tour. It is important to keep your tour availability, including your unavailable tour dates, up-to-date so families don't show up for a tour on a day you're closed!
Block Unavailable Tour Dates on Your Tour Calender:

Click on the "Tour" tab in the left menu and then click "Availablity"

Scroll down to the "Unavailable dates" section. Click "Add date."

When the popup appears, select the date or date range you'd like to add as an unavailable date to schedule tours.
- Select either a specific time or the "All day" box.
- Click Save.
You can also block specific times of the day if you'd like.

- When the popup appears, select the date or date range you'd like to add as an unavailable date to schedule tours.
- Next, you will select the time frame that you would like to block from availability on that specific day.
- Click Save.
