How do I add/update photos on my Profile Page?

Adding photos to your Profile Page helps families better understand what a day in your care might look like.

Your Profile Page shows many of the details that parents normally call or email to ask about. Aside from updating the "About Us" section, you can also personalize your Profile Page by adding your own photos. Families love seeing real photos from your program - so much so, that we see families are 3x more likely to click on a profile with its own images than those with stock images.

To add custom photos to your Profile Page:

  1. Click on the "Profile" section

  2. Click on the "Location" dropdown menu. Select your location.

  3. Scroll down to the "Photos & videos" section

  4. Click the "+" to add your image(s)

  5. Upload your image(s)
