What should I do if a family has a seat on hold but I haven't gotten a response from them?

This article walks you through the process of releasing the hold on a seat and prompting the family.

LegUp does a lot on the backend to keep the ball rolling on enrollment. Occasionally, situations may occur where a family goes quiet during the enrollment process and you need to take action on the seat so you don't miss out on other enrollment opportunities. Let's take a look at what to do and a few situations where you might decide to take action.

  5. Choose "Active On Waitlist".

Use this option if a family didn't respond to a seat offer or a waitlist cleaning email but reached out to you to tell you they're still interested in your program.
