We make it easier for families to schedule tour without having to call you, and you having to play phone-tag when you're busy! We also send out reminders to make sure they make your tour on time, and enable families to reschedule or cancel if necessary.
While we don't have in-platform communications to allow you to edit these emails yet, we do want to ensure you have full visibility into the process. So here are the main emails that we send to families.
Please note, we also send an abbreviated version of these emails to families via text message if they opt-in. We have found that families interact much faster through text!
When a family schedules a tour:
Hi [Parent Name],
Thanks for scheduling a tour at [Program] for [Tour Date & Time]! Here are your notes and notes from the program: [Tour Notes].
To manage your family's information that the provider, or reschedule or cancel this tour, please create your account at https://family.legup.care. This is where you can join the provider's waitlist and pay registration as well, if offered a seat.
