What messages go to families who are on my waitlist?

Here are the emails that are sent to families from LegUp when they are on your waitlist.

Sending families waitlist reminders can be time-consuming. And often, those communications fall through the cracks when you have a lot going on in your program! So we send families updates to help speed up the enrollment process and ensure your waitlist is clean and ready to fill future open spots.

 

While we don't have in-platform communications to allow you to edit these emails yet, we do want to ensure you have full visibility into the process. So here are the main emails that we send to families.

 

Please note, we also send an abbreviated version of these emails to families via text message if they opt-in. We have found that families interact much faster through text!

 



When you import your waitlist:

Hi [Parent Name],

You signed up to join [Program]'s waitlist in the past for [Child Name].

[Program Name] is now using LegUp to manage their waitlist. With the LegUp platform, you can see your waitlist status and edit your enrollment preferences and family information at any time. You will also receive seat offers through this system.

Would you like to stay on this waitlist?

BUTTON: YES, keep me on the waitlist.
If yes, you can log in and update your family's details and preferred enrollment date.

BUTTON: NO, remove me from this waitlist and future emails.

Please respond by [Date] in order to stay on the waitlist.

Please note, if you offer the waitlist pool option, the family will not see what number they are on the list.
