You may need to reschedule or cancel a tour at a program. It's easy to do, and the program will be updated immediately so they're not left waiting for you instead of caring for and educating children.
How do I reschedule a tour?
First, head to your Dashboard. Under the "Program Tours" section, you'll see your upcoming tour. Hover over the tour and click on it.
Scroll down and you'll see a green button that says "Reschedule Tour".
From there, you can choose a date and time that the program has available. The provider will be updated and you'll get an email confirming your date and time switch.
How do I cancel a tour?
Go to your Dashboard. Under the "Program Tours" section, you'll see your upcoming tour. Hover over the tour and click on it.
Scroll down and you'll see a section for notes and the "Cancel Tour" button, which will be greyed out. Enter the reason for canceling, and then click the "Cancel Tour" button.
The provider will be updated and you'll get an email confirming your date and time switch.
