How do I reactivate a family on my waitlist?

How do I reactive a family on my waitlist? How to add a family back to the waitlist after they've been deleted.

Whether a family forgot to respond to a seat offer or accidentally removed themselves from the waitlist, you can easily reactivate the family to put them back in the position they were previously.

Note: if you want the family to start over on the waitlist, please have the parent add themselves through your Enrollment Page.

Reactivate a Family on the Waitlist

  1. Click on the Families tab.

  2. Search for the family you want to reactivate. The status of this family will say "Deleted".

  3. Click on the ellipsis next to the family's name.

  4. Scroll down to "Reactivate Waitlist Spot", and then click "Yes" on the pop-up asking you to confirm the reactivation.
