How do I manage email notifications? Getting too many notifications, or not enough? Here's how to manage them! Lila Hayes

Finding the right balance between being in the know and drowning in an ever-growing sea of emails can be difficult and can change based on the changing needs of your Program. That's why we added the notification preferences section to your User Profile - so you could easily change your notifications to see the information you need when you need it. Let's take a look.

Managing Notifications:

  1. Sign into your Enrollment Concierge and click on the User Circle in the upper-right portion of your screen.

  2. In the drop-down, select "User Profile".

  3. When the User Profile section displays, scroll down to the section labeled "Please select the notifications you would like to receive from LegUp."

  4. Click the boxes beside the notification you would like to receive and unclick the ones you would like to stop receiving.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the User Profile section and select "Save Changes"
