      How do I log in to my family account to manage tours, waitlists, and seat offers?

      Use LegUp to find and enroll in care 3x faster and connect with local childcare programs.

      LegUp helps childcare programs manage their enrollment processes, like waitlists, tours, and more. If you've landed here, it's because you're looking to enroll your child at one of these programs!

      If you've never logged in before at family.legup.care, you'll need to sign up for an account first.

      PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, you will only be able to access the LegUp Family Tools if you use the email provided when joining the waitlist, scheduling a tour, or when you were offered a seat. If you are using Google or Facebook Authentication, the email associated with that account must be the same one provided to the childcare program. 

      TO SIGN UP OR LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH YOUR EMAIL

      Please note that once you create an account with your email, you will no longer be able to create an account or log in with Facebook or Google Authentication.

      2. Enter your email address into the field.
        Please note that for security purposes, this email address must be the one used that signed up for a waitlist, scheduled a tour, or received a seat offer from a provider.

      3. Click "Submit".

      4. Next an email with a verification code will be sent to your inbox. The email will be labeled "Welcome to LegUp Family Tools".

         

      5. Copy the verification code from your email and enter it into the field on family.legup.care.

      TO SIGN UP OR LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE

      Please note that once you create an account with your email, you will no longer be able to create an account or log in with Facebook or Google Authentication.

      2. Click on the Facebook or Google button and log in to your account in the popup or subsequent page.
        Please note that for security purposes, your Google or Facebook account must be managed by the same email address that was used when you signed up for a waitlist, scheduled a tour, or received a seat offer from a provider.

      3. If using Facebook, click "Create new account" on the Facebook pop-up page. If using Google, you will automatically be sent to the platform.

       

      That's it! Now you have access to the LegUp Family Tools where you can manage your waitlist status, your tours, or seat offers.
