Welcome to your new Enrollment Management System and the LegUp community! We're excited for you to dive in and explore, but we need to get you logged in to your account first. So, without further adieu, let's take a look at how you can log into your account for the first time.
NOTE: If you have not received a welcome email alerting you your account has been activated you will not be able to log in at this time. While this typically happens within 48 hours of registration, delays are possible. Please email enrollment@legup.care with any questions.
How To Gain Access Using Email/Password:
If you have a .gmail address, skip to the next section.
Go to our website, www.legup.care, and locate the gold "Log In" button in the top right corner.
Under the "I'm A Provider" option on the left, click the gold "Log In" button.
NOTE: On the next screen, you'll be creating your credentials to access your account for the first time.
When the next screen loads, choose the option that says "Sign Up"
Input the email address that received your welcome email, any password you choose, your first name, and your last name.
NOTE: If the email address we have on file for you is a .gmail address, see the instructions below instead. If you'd like to use a different email than the one we have on file, please contact our team before moving forward.
Agree to the LegUp terms and click the button to "Sign Up"
We'll send you an authentication email to the address we have on file with a link to confirm your account. Go to your email account and click the link in our email to log in.


How To Gain Access Using Google/Gmail address:
Go to our website, www.legup.care, and locate the gold "Log In" button in the top right corner.
Under the "I'm A Provider" option on the left, click the gold "Log In" button.
NOTE: On the next screen, you'll be creating your credentials to access your account for the first time.
When the next screen loads, choose the option that says "Sign Up"
Click the "Sign in with Google" button and select/enter the email address that received your welcome email.
Follow the Google prompts to access your account.
