Update your tour schedule so that families can book tours based on your availability.
Your Enrollment Page is where families have information about your Program at their fingertips. It's also where families will book tours. It's important to keep your tour availability in your account up-to-date so that families can select a time to tour that works for you.
How a family can schedule a tour from your enrollment page:

When families arrive at your enrollment page, they'll scroll to the middle of the page where they will click "Schedule a Tour."

When the popup appears, they will be able to walk through the prompts by filling out their personal information. Once they've filled out that form, they'll scroll to the bottom and click "Next - Select Time."

They'll be able to select from dates and times that you have previously set as your tour availability. Then they'll scroll to the bottom and click "Submit Request."
