How do a mark a seat as filled when it is on hold for a child?
Leads come to your program from many sources - some through your LegUp Enrollment Page and others through referrals or existing family additions. Regardless of the journey, you need a way to capture every enrollment, every time to keep your records and your availability up-to-date.
The Mark Seat As Filled feature gives you another convenient way to enroll families in your program so you can have the process and payment flexibility that you and your families need.
NOTE: This feature is only available for providers on our "Free For Families" subscription. If you are interested in changing your subscription to take advantage of this feature, please reach out to your LegUp Enrollment Support team.
Marking A Seat As Filled - Seat On Hold
Navigate to the Seat Manager tab in your Enrollment Concierge.
Locate the seat you would like to mark as "filled".
Click the ellipsis (the three dots) on the upper-right corner of the seat card to open the Action Menu.
With the Action Menu open, locate and click "Mark Seat As Filled".
Information for the child who has the seat on hold will be automatically added to the fields in the pop-up.
Review the child and family details.
Click the yellow "Fill Seat" button to complete the process.
