How do I add another parent/guardian to my account?

How to add a second parent or guardian to your LegUp Family Account to manage waitlist, seat offers, and more

Up to two parents/guardians can have access to your LegUp Family account to search for openings, manage your waitlist and enrollment preferences, schedule and manage tours, accept seat offers, and pay registration fees once approved for enrollment. You can add this second parent or guardian when joining a provider's waitlist or by manually entering them into the system.

Add a Second Parent/Guardian to Your Account

  1. Log in to your account at family.legup.care

  2. Click the "My Family" tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. On the Parent/Guardian tab, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click "Add Parent/Guardian"

  4. Once you add their details and click save, the person you added can create an account and log in. Have them go to family.legup.care, click "Sign Up", and then create an account with the email you entered when adding their information to your account.
